ResidentialConstructionSuperintendentLocation:Canton,TX (Greater Dallas Area)Salary:$85,000-$120,000+ (Depends on experience)Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee residential construction, renovation, and specialty projectsthroughoutEastTexas.Thisindividualwillplayakeyroleinmanagingday-to-dayfieldoperations,coordinatingsubcontractors,maintainingprojectschedules,andensuringprojectsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,andtothehighestqualitystandards.Theidealcandidateisahands-onconstructionprofessionalwhotakesownershipoftheirprojects,communicateseffectivelywithclientsandtradepartners,andhasastrongunderstandingofresidentialconstructionmethodsandbestpractices.ResponsibilitiesOverseeallfieldactivitiesfromprojectkickoffthroughcompletion.Monitorworkmanshipandensurequalitystandardsaremaintainedthroughoutconstruction.Reviewplans,specifications,andprojectdocumentstoensureworkiscompletedcorrectly.Conductregularsitewalksandproactivelyresolveconstructionissues.Maintainjobsitesafetyandenforcecompanysafetystandards.Coordinateinspections,deliveries,andprojectmilestones.Communicateprojectprogress,challenges,andscheduleupdatestomanagementandclients.Managepunchlistactivitiesandprojectcloseout.Qualifications5+yearsofexperienceinaSuperintendent,ConstructionManager,orsimilarfieldleadershiprole.Experiencemanagingresidentialconstruction,renovation,remodeling,orcustomhomeprojects.Strongknowledgeofconstructionscheduling,sequencing,andprojectexecution.Abilitytoreadandinterpretblueprintsandconstructiondocuments.Excellentleadership,communication,andorganizationalskills.Provenabilitytomanagesubcontractorsandmaintainpositivejobsiterelationships.PreferredExperienceCustomhomeconstruction.Residentialrenovationsandadditions.High-endinteriorfinishes,millwork,cabinetry,orfinishcarpentry.Experienceusingconstructionmanagementorprojectschedulingsoftware.BenefitsFull Benefits Included
