What You'll Do
Oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team to maintain exceptional performance.
Manage food costs, purchasing, inventory, and ordering while maintaining profitability.
Oversee kitchen scheduling, staffing, and labor costs.
Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and execution by following established recipes and culinary standards.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Foster a positive, professional kitchen environment built on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Work closely with restaurant leadership to ensure an exceptional fine dining experience for every guest.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership position.
Strong expertise in fine dining and Mediterranean cuisine .
Excellent knowledge of food costs, inventory management, purchasing, and labor control.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a successful culinary team.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
A hands-on leadership style and the ability to perform under pressure in a demanding kitchen environment.
