Remote Travel Experience Coordinator

We are seeking organized motivated individuals who enjoy planning coordinating details and helping clients create memorable experiences.

As a Remote Travel Experience Coordinator you will assist with researching destinations organizing reservations coordinating accommodations and keeping important trip information accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations accommodations and activities based on client preferences
• Assist with booking arrangements and reservation details
• Coordinate transportation lodging and itinerary information
• Communicate with clients regarding updates and confirmations
• Maintain accurate records and organized travel documentation
• Assist with special requests and adjustments when needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms
• Ability to manage tasks independently
• Customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
