Job Responsibilities

Lead preventive care strategies, including screenings, immunizations, and wellness programs

Participate in quality improvement and public health initiatives

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Preventive Medicine
Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
DEA registration
Current CPR certification
Experience in public health, population health, or outpatient care preferred
