What You'll Do
Create and manage job postings, sourcing campaigns, and talent pipelines.
Represent Deaconess at career fairs, community events, educational programs and institutions , and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Knowledge of employment practices and applicable employment laws.
3 or more years in a recruiting role , staffing, sales, business development, or related experience.
