Qualifications: Bachelor's in HR, business, or related field; 10+ years in OD, HR consulting, or change management, with experience managing large-scale transformation projects; expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies; strong stakeholder influence, facilitation, and analytical skills; experience with establishing a COE preferred.
